Tyler Booth & Mario Jones Win Smith Mountain Lake Bassmasters Event 2-28-16

Smith Mountain Lake Bassmasters would like to thank everyone that came out yesterday and fished our first “Open” Tournament of the year. We had 18 boats and were able to guarantee a $1,000 first place prize. The results are as follows:
1st Place – 17.42 lbs. – Tyler Booth & Mario Jones
2nd Place – 14.94 lbs. – Jeff & Clay Ross
3rd Place – 13.71 lbs. – Ian McRoy & Sergio Render
Big Fish – 5.43 lbs. – Chad & Elliot Pilson
We will have our second “Open” Tournament on March 13th out of Captain’s Quarters (7:00am – 3:00pm) and will guarantee $1,000 first place prize if there are at least 17 boats.
