Mickey Beck Wins Tournament On Old Hickory Lake

ATHENS, Ala. – Mickey Beck won the American Fishing Tour, presented by American Bass Anglers. Central Tenn. Division 31 tournament, held 03/25/2018 on Old Hickory Lake. With the tournament running out of Bull Creek Ramp near Gallatin, TN.  The Lebanon, TN. Angler caught five-bass weighting 12.35 Lbs. For the victory, Mickey took home a check for $313.00. Mickey also had Big fish weighing 3.10 Lbs.. picking him up an extra $45.00.

In second amongst the competitors, David Prosser from Franklin ,Tn. caught 4 bass weighing 7.85 Lbs. picking him up a $128.00.

Third place went to Clark Cowley from Lebanon, Tn. with 4 bass 6.70 lbs.

Fourth place went to Glenn Foss from Comersville, Tn. with 3 bass 6.50 lbs.

It was a tough day on the water for all angler’s. With Northeast winds, 10 to 15 mph and a cold front that moved in, took a lot out of the bites. Thanks to each ABA member that showed up that day.

These anglers accrued valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round Fish-Off. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
