Missile Baits Names Byron Childers As Director of Sales

Salem, Va. – May 11, 2018 – Missile Baits has hired Byron Childers as Director of Sales. Childers is a 13 year fishing industry sales veteran and starts immediately. The addition of Director of Sales is a new position at Missile Baits. The position will encompass sustaining and growing existing sales accounts, cultivating new sales accounts, and communicating consistently with key accounts.
John Crews, company owner and pro angler, said, “Byron and I have known each other for almost 20 years. He has the exact experience Missile needs and he is a perfect fit to our sales and company philosophies. We could not be more excited to welcome Byron to the Missile team!”

Byron Childers has been a sales manager for 13 years in the fishing industry. Byron has fished many local and regional bass tournaments over the years and is a firearms enthusiast. He, his wife Ashley and 4 month old daughter Savannah, live outside of Nashville, Tennessee.
