Joseph High wins ABA on Sutton Lake Nov 24,2018

November 24, 2018, Wilmington, NC, Three anglers launched from Sutton Lake ramp near Wilmington, NC. The rain was steady and winds rose and fell all the way up until the weigh-in. With the most unfavorable conditions Joseph High from Wilmington, NC took the victory with 5.42-lbs. He also won the Big Bass and TWT.  Joseph took home $207 in prize money.

Second amongst the competitors was Jeremie Lane from Delco, NC with the total weight of 5.40-lbs.

Third place was claimed by David Sasser from Holly Ridge, NC with and a total weight of 3.31-lbs.

The Biggest Bass of the tournament was caught by Joseph High.  His fish locked in the scales at 3.82-lbs earning him $30 in prize money.

The next tournament in this division will take place on 12/15/18 launching from Elwell Ferry.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship. In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
