WLPCBS #4 held on May 11,2019 LKA out of sturgeon creek marina. Congratulations to our winning teams. 16 boats turned out to fish the rain threatened overcast Saturday event for the Spotsylvania Emergency care fundraiser. As the scales opened, so did the clouds and we endured a rainy but fun weigh in and raffle. 1st place team of Stephen & Bobby Campbell with a 13.77 lb bag at the scales taking home $820.00. 2nd place went to Michael Townsend & Sam Shelack weighing 12.69 and claiming the $450.00 purse. 3rd place went to the father & son team of Matt Ketchum & Matt Ketchum jr with 11.29 lbs and a nice $250.00 prize. Big Fish for $160.00 went to Preston Cox & Larry Wollershiem with a nice 5.23 pounder. Congratulations to all and thank you for the continued support.. you the anglers & spectators raised $130.00 for the events charity…. Thank You for your amazing support. Next up May 25th on the James River out of Hopewell marina Registration is open online, and the online option will close on Thursday May23 @ 8 pm.
