Jason Miller takes win on Kentucky Lake
On Sept. 14, 2019, Jason Miller of Bon Aqua, TN won the American Fishing Tour Division 40 tournament presented by American Bass Anglers.
On a very hot day running out Lucas Harbor Ramp in New Johnsonville, TN, Jason brought back three fish that locked in the scales at 11.60 lbs. anchored by a big kicker that weighed 7.16 lbs. which gave him the big fish of the tournament. For the victory Jason took home $288 for first place and $70 for big fish.
Second place was claimed by Buddy Wallace with one fish that weighed 3.14 lbs. For his effort Buddy took home $104 in prize money.
It was a tough day out on the lake and the only other angler with a fish was Tom O’Bryant who took third with one fish that weighted 1.58 lbs.

These anglers earn valuable points toward the divisional angler of the year title. The points champion from each division will compete in the annual American Bass Anglers AFT Angler of The Year Final Round at the AFT Championship.
In addition, the top 500 anglers from the various divisions will earn the right to compete in the three-day ABA, AFT National Championship tournament.
