PBC CASHION FISHING RODS ‘END OF YEAR’ TEAM TOURNAMENT BASS FISHING TRAIL CHAMPIONSHIP!!

31 boats assembled today to fish the PBC Cashion Fishing Rods ‘End of Year’ Team Tournament Bass Fishing Trail Championship at Jordan Lake. The weather was great and a super hotdog cookout was had and door prizes were drawn after the weighin!!  Surface water temps were around 68 degrees with light winds and temps run from 59 to 78.

Anthony Miller (L) & Keith Deal got on top of 5 huge bass weighing a total of 25.36 lbs., which included the winning 9.86 lb. Big Fish Award, and also took 1st Place TWT. Along with that they took home 2 great Cashion fishing rods

for a total of $3,701 in cash & prizes!
The 2nd Place team of Clay Ausley & Scott Canady came in with a 5 fish limit
of bass weighing 17.51 and along with winning the 2nd Place TWT they took home $1,140 in winnings. The 3rd Place Team of Randy Black & Jay Fogleman had 5 bass weighing 16.42 lbs. to take home $525 in winnings. The 4th Place Team of Jerry Marshburn & Alan Parker weighed in 5 at 15.61 and also caught the 2nd Place Big Fish (5.86 lbs.) to take home a total of $540 in cash.
The Points Champions were Seth & Kristina Ellis and they collected a total of
$1,544 in cash and prizes!! That’s Matt Cashion in the middle!! Thanks for everything Matt!!!
 

99 bass were brought to the scales with many in the 5 lb. range! Topwater early, trick worm rigs, jigs, crankbaits & spinnerbaits in 10′ to 12′ of water on channel dropoffs and stump fields were the baits of choice.
