SCOTTSBORO, Ala. (Feb. 15, 2021) – Boater Freddy Palmer of Estill Springs, Tennesssee, won the Phoenix Bass Fishing League presented by T-H Marine at Lake Guntersville in Scottsboro, Alabama. Palmer earned $7,000 for his victory at the event, which was hosted by the Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce.
