June could bring a brim bed bite sometimes you’ll find wolf packs of bass roaming in pockets looking for brim spawning. Baits to try are flukes, wacky worm, poppers, prop baits, walking baits, buzz baits, frogs or whopper Plopper.
Going out to deeper water on points (6-15 feet) fishing stumps, rocks or brush can be productive i like to use a drop shot, big worms, shakey head, deep diving Crankbaits, Carolina rigs and jig
Fish tend to suspend on long points , big flats and high spots walking baits and jerk baits can be a good choice then.
The spawn should be over and they are moving towards their summer home. They will start to chase the blue back herring.
