Tournament #4 of the NC MARINE HYCO TRAIL is in the books leaving only one more tournament to decide the 2026 Points Champions.
We had 28 boats show up Saturday for tournament #4 and finally we had some great weather to fish in for this Trail. After being beat down by Old Man Winter the first 3 tournaments we had a beautiful day to fish and the fish liked it to. Everybody caught fish as they are storming the banks to look for that perfect spot to spawn.
It was the team Hunter Lloyd & Holt Worley that took home the WIN
on Saturday. They had a 5 fish limit weighing 18.66 pounds anchored by a 7.88 pound fish that also won them Big Fish for the tournament as well. Once all said in done they carried home a total of
$1205.00
GREAT JOB GUYS!! Always good to see new faces in that winners circle.
They were followed by the winners of our first tournament of the year the team of Phillip Eakes & Todd Gibson. They had a 5 fish limit weighing 18.22 pounds narrowly missing out on another Win this year. They took home a total of
$650.00
for the day. GOOD JOB GUYS!
We have a 8 point separation between 1st & 2nd in the points going into the last tournament of the trail.
Will it be the Young Guns – Rigsbee & Brown or the Veterans – Wilkins & Oliver to take home an extra $1000.00 and the title of 2026 NC MARINE HYCO TRAIL Points Champions????
Not but one way to find out and thats to come on down and fish with us Saturday and mix this thing up.

This is the last tournament of the trail coming up this Saturday and like always on the last tournament of each trail the Membership fees are waived.
