Randy Fisher & Donnie Lowe win Cashion Fishing Rods Spring Team BASS Mini Trail Qualifier #2

CASHION FISHING RODS SPRING TEAM BASS MINI TRAIL QUALIFIER #2 RESULTS
Saturday March 7th, 2015 ~ Jordan Lake ~ Farrington Point Wildlife Ramp

     The 2015 Cashion Fishing Rods Spring Team Bass Mini Trail finally got off the ground this Saturday at Jordan!
Our February 21st Qualifier #1 was rescheduled to Sunday, March 28th at Shearon Harris because of the snow & ice. We got a break today but it was frigid this morning with temps around 22 degrees and it didn’t warm up
much that afternoon. The winds were not too bad and that helped a little. Water temps averaged from 40 to 44. Needless to say, the water temps along with cold rains never helped the bite. Out of 22 teams participating only 2 bass were weighed in. But, they were some profitable bass!!!
Randy Fisher & Donnie Lowe caught 1 bass weighing 3.41 lbs taking 1st Place. They also won 1st Place Big Fish & their split of $250 from 3rd & 4th place money giving them a grand total of $1,358 !! 2nd Place team was  Tony Woodard & Scott Smith with 1 bass weighing 2.33 lbs. They also won 2nd Place Big Fish, 1st & 2nd TWT and their cut of the 3rd & 4th place money for a total of $1,292 !! 2 bass were weighed in for a total of 5.74 pounds. Crazy!!!

Our next tournament will be the 2015 Piedmont Bass Classics $10,000 Spring Team Bass Trail Qualifier #2, Sunday, Mar. 14th at Shearon Harris out of Cross Point Landing. Coming up Saturday March 21st will be the Hyco Lake Open and Sunday March 22nd will be the make-up Cashion Fishing Rods Spring Team Bass Mini Trail Q#1 at Shearon Harris.

2nd Place: Tony Woodard & Scott Smith of Four Oaks & Apex…1 bass…2.33 lbs…$460
3rd & 4th Place money ($500) was split between the above 2 teams…$250 each.

1st Place Big Fish: 1st Place Team above…3.41 lbs…$308
2nd Place Big Fish: 2nd Place Team above…2.33 lbs…$132

1st Place TWT: 2nd Place Team above: 2.33 lbs…$315 & also won 2nd TWT of $135
