    Team consists of 2 anglers- Single anglers will be allowed to enter a tournament. The same angler SUB can fish 5 out of 6 for that single angler. Age 16 and older must possess a valid fishing license. Each angler must abide by state and federal fishing regulations.

    SUBS– A sub is used during a tournament event. A team may use a sub at any 1 tournament. A team may not consist of a partner from another team who has previously entered an event in the same year with another partner.
    Classic Tournament Qualifications- A team must enter 4 of the first 5 tournaments to be eligible to participate in the Classic tournament. The final tournament, in October, 2022, will NOT be an open tournament, as it will serve as the Classic Tournament for all qualifying anglers. No points will be awarded this season; however, additional weight may be accumulated at the annual Benefit Tournament Event (2 Day Event). This additional weight will be used at the October tournament for Classic Participants to add to their total weight of the day.

    Start time– The majority of Tournament events will begin at safe light and end in 8 hours unless weather is a factor. Please be on time for Blast off.
    Limits- Only large or small mouth bass. 5 bass, 12” inch or greater unless otherwise posted. Any dead fish brought to weigh in will not be weighed and will result in a 4 oz deduction. A team bringing more than 5 fish to the scales will result in disqualification. Cull when 5 fish limit is reached.
    Live wells- will be checked before starting fishing by a staff person (or someone picked to help).

    Blast off Positions– Blast off positions is determined by order of payment or if small turn out a staff member will wave every boat off at once.
    Ties- Ties will be broken by the biggest fish at any event. If biggest fish weights do not apply or result in a further tie, pay out will be as follows: 1st Place tie will be paid as a split of 1st and 2nd place; 2nd Place tie will be paid as a split of 2nd place (and if applicable, 3rd); if there is a tie between the last payout position, that place will be paid as a split of it’s payout.

    Late Penalty- 1 pound per minute will be deducted from team’s total weight for each minute the team is late. 15 minutes
    past the designated weigh-in time will result in disqualification.

    Alcohol, illegal Drugs- No Alcohol or illegal Drugs anytime during tournaments.

    Cell Phones- May be used during tournament hours for Emergencies ONLY. No cell phone discussions pertaining to fishing during tournament hours.

    Entry Fees– $50 entry fee with $5 of that going to Classic Tournament Pot. No checks at the day of Tournament, only Cash. Once you have paid your entry fee, there will be no refunds.

    Both Life Jackets & Kill Switch– MUST BE USED WHEN BIG MOTOR IS IN OPERATION. Failure to comply will result in disqualification. Coast Guard approved ONLY.
    A team member may exit boat if the call of nature, emergency of fuel. A team member cannot exit the boat in order to advance boat into a fishing area.
    Protests- All protests should be made to the Tournament Director. All tournament director decisions are final.
    Payback- An 80% payback per tournament. 10% will be reserved for Classic Tournament Winner. Each tournament will pay 1 place for every 5 boats. If 4 or less shows up, only pay 1 place for biggest total weight.
