Robert Bauguess & Rodney Morrow Win Carolinas Bass Challenge NC Division on Lake Hickory, NC (May 9, 2015)

Date:

We had our largest field yet this past weekend at Lake Hickory with 156 teams competing for a total purse of $37,200.00! This was our 4th NC Division Qualifier and the weather turned out to be favorable.  Thanks to everyone who came out and fished with us!  In addition to a first place prize of $10,000 – we also had a huge group of Skeeter/Yamaha owners competing for $5,000 which was paid back in 3 places, as well as an additional $1,000 to the team catching the largest bass of the tournament. We paid back 26 places!
Next up for the North Carolina CBC Division is June 20 on High Rock launching out of Tamarac Marina. This is a double point event!
Please keep in mind in order for a NC CBC team (2) to qualify for the NC Divisional Championship on Lake Wylie the team (both partners) must fish 3 NC qualifiers together. You cannot qualify for the Championship by fishing a combination of 3 qualifiers in both Divisions. If one partner has entered 3 NC qualifiers, that partner will be allowed to enter the Championship solo. The Clark Hill Classic field will consist of the teams who entered the SC & NC Championships. In order to enter the 2015 CBC Clark Hill Classic Oct 23-24 a team MUST enter a Divisional championship and participate.
