On one of the windiest days that I have seen on Buggs Island over 225 boats Boats with Anglers/Co-Anglers fished stop #1 division 3 of the Bassmaster Opens. As you can see by the weight it was a typical day on Buggs with weight hovering around the 10 lb mark for anglers / 5 fish & Co-Anglers with three fish the 5 lb average. But two local anglers were able to out fish them all. Powell come up to the stage with 19.8 lb & beat out Brad knight who currently sits in second place with 18.8 lbs. On the co-anglers side Missile Baits pro Alex Watts leads the co-Anglers filed with 10.13. Tomorrow is another day & the weather is supposed to change again. Good luck to all the anglers.
