The 1st stop of the 2024 Bass Cast Tourney series on Smith Mountain Lake started off with a bang & a field of 41 teams. The weather started of cool but we end the day with warm temperatures & a light wind. But the weights were as we predicted it would take over 20lbs to win & that has been what it takes on SML lately. Today we had two of them bags Mark Winn & Mike Nchols finishing 2nd with 21.16lbs. Congratulations to our winner Brian Ball & Todd Mounts that weighed in 21.39lbs. Plus a special thank you to our bonus sponsor of $250.00 dollars that went to our winner plus our on the Bubble sponsor SML Tackle shack that went to Mike & Zack LeMaster.
