Trey McKinney Captures Victory, FXR Claims Top Two in Elite Series Weekend
OAK BLUFF, Manitoba, (August 10, 2025) – FXR Pro Fish is thrilled to announce a spectacular
result at the Yokohama Tire Bassmaster Elite at Lake St. Clair. In a weekend of outstanding
competition, FXR Pro Fish angler Trey McKinney delivered a commanding performance,
finishing wire-to-wire to claim his second Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series title with a
four-day total of 96 pounds, 1 ounce—the heaviest winning weight recorded at Lake St. Clair and the fifth heaviest in a smallmouth event in B.A.S.S. history.
Adding to the excitement, FXR Pro Fish anglers secured both the champion and runner-up
positions, with Logan Parks delivering an exceptional showing to take second with 90 pounds, 6
ounces. Matt Robertson added to the team’s banner weekend by finishing fourth overall, giving
FXR three anglers in the Top 5 and showcasing their dominance on the water.
