The 2025 Guaranteed $7000.00 Trail is a wrap!
We had the 2025 two day Guaranteed $7000.00 Championship on October 18th and 19th at Kerr Lake.
We had 48 teams show up for their chance to take home some good money for the weekend.
The lake had been fishing good for the most part prior to the tournament but in 5 Alive fashion it seemed that the bite had slowed down.
Day one’s weather was good, and it helped bring some good bags to the scales for some.
Day one’s leader was the team of Joey Moore & Jacob Moore. They had a 5-fish limit weighing 17.35 pounds
They were followed by the team of Collins & Harding, with a bag weighing 15.55 pounds, and rounding out the top three was the team of Fox & Wooten. They had a bag weighing 15.28 pounds.

Onto day two!
The wind took its toll and changed things a lot for the fishermen.
The fourth-place team after day one, Clay Ross & Jeff Ross, didn’t disappoint. They led the day two weights with a 5 fish limit weighing 13.75 pounds.
Told you the wind changed things alot! They were followed by the team of Dalton & Dalton with a bag weighing 13.3 pounds and rounding out the top three for day two was the team of Collins & Harding with a bag weighing 12.65 pounds.

Like I said earlier, they didn’t disappoint!
The team of Ross & Ross took home their 2nd Guaranteed $7000.00 Championship.
They had a two day total of 28.22 pounds earning them a total of

for the weekend!!!!
I personally had these two picked to win the tournament because they are so consistent every year. But I guess anyone can go with the odds!
They are definitely a team that you will have to beat when they sign up.

They didn’t win the tournament with ease, that’s for sure. When I say it was a tight race for the win I mean it was tight.
The 2nd place team was the team of Collins & Harding. They had a two-day weight of 28.2 pounds.
That’s not even half an ounce separating them from the winners. They took home a total of
$2750.00
for the weekend. Yall hang your heads high fellas because that was a heck of a tournament yall fished!. Congrats!
The third-place team was the Day 1 leaders. The team of Moore & Moore. They had a two day total of 27.97 pounds, earning $1450.00 for the weekend.
Guess what yall!!! They did it without Forward-Facing Sonar. They don’t even have one on the boat. These two have proven themselves to be one of the elite teams that fish with us year after year, and they do it old school. GOD JOB GUYS!
Big fish for the tournament was Won by the team of White & Bradley. They had a 5.38-pound fish that earned them $480.00. Good job fellas
