– All tournaments at Mayo Lake- Triple Springs ramp
– All Mayo Trail tournaments blast off at first light and weigh in at 1:00pm
– All Mayo Trail tournaments are 3 fish limits

NO OFF LIMITS FOR THE HYCO & MAYO TRAILS
– Entry fee – $110.00 per boat ( That includes Big Fish)
– 1 or 2 man teams
– Membership fee. – $35.00 per person for the year.

– Each tournament fished in the Kerr Trail, Hyco Trail, Mayo Trail and the $7000.00 Trail serves as a Qualifier for the 2024 Guaranteed $7000.00 two day Championship. All tournaments fished in the Fall Trail serve as Qualifiers for the 2025 Guaranteed $7000.00 2 day Championship.
– 5 Alive Team Trail Rules for all 5 Trails –
THIS IS OFFICIAL RULES OF THE 5 ALIVE TEAM TRAIL!! WE ARE NOT ABIDING BY BASS RULES ANYMORE.
All rules are stated plainly and any situations that come up during the year that is not stated in these rules will be at the decision of the tournament director.
You now have 5 ways to Qualify for the Guaranteed $7000.00 Championship. Each tournament in all 5 trails serves as a full Qualifier for the Guaranteed $7000.00 two day Championship.
– Membership fees – each trail membership fee is $35.00 a person for the year.Or you can pay $70.00 per person and that covers all 5 trails membership fees for the year. You do not have to pay the full $70.00 up front. Once you have paid for 2 Trail memberships the other 3 are free.
– You must wear your life jacket anytime the big motor is running.
– No long lining
– No trolling
– No live bait
– No fishing over walls or fences
– Boats must be registered and have a live well with a means of keeping the fish alive.
– all tournaments are a 5 fish limit except the MAYO TRAIL unless stated otherwise.
All fish must be a minimum of 14 inches
– Each dead fish is a 4 ounce deduction to your total weight.
– Your allowed to ask for a courtesy check on your fish. If you do not ask for the courtesy check the fish are the possession of the tournament at the time they have been placed in the sink. If you have a short fish without the courtesy check you will lose that fish and your big fish. ( NO EXCEPTIONS!)
– Each minute your late to the weigh in is a 2 pound deduction up to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes your automatically disqualified.
– YOU MUST FISH 3 TOURNAMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE 2 DAY CHAMPIONSHIP
– Each team is allowed 1 substitute during the season.
– If you use a substitute it will still serve as a Qualifier for the Championship. ( No substitute allowed in the Championship)
– You must be present and fish the tournament for it to be considered a qualifier. ( You can not pre pay and not show up and it serve as a qualifier)
– There will be a Lie detector test given at the championship and 2 random test given during the year in the $7000.00 Trail.
– All tournaments in each trail are subject to a lie detector test
– All tournaments will begin at Safe light ( The tournament director will make the determination of that)
– Flights will be determined by the tournament director
– NO JET DRIVE BOATS ALLOWED!!
– You will be given a set of rules with your boat # for the tournament when you sign in the morning of the tournament. You still have to check in the morning of the tournament even if your pre registered!
– Your starting position is determined by the order you paid the entry fee.
– You can pre register for any tournament starting at midnight 12:00am January 1st.
– I have PayPal,Venmo and Cash App if you want to pre register. You may also pre register with a check or cash.
