FLW TV SEASON SET TO PREMIERE NEXT WEEK ON NBC SPORTS NETWORK
MINNEAPOLIS (Sept. 24, 2015) – The latest season of “FLW” – the television show produced by FLW, the world’s largest tournament-fishing organization – is set to premiere next week, Monday, Sept. 28 at 7 p.m. EST on NBC Sports Network (NBCSN). A brand-new hour-long episode of the show will be featured at the same time every Monday night through mid-December.
“We’re excited to showcase a brand-new episode for fishing fans every Monday at the same time each week,” said Peyote Perryman, Executive Producer of “FLW” and Creative Director of Digital P Media. “We’ve listened to some fan feedback and changed the format of the show to better showcase the FLW anglers and feature more non-stop action from these high stakes events.”
The season premiere episode will feature the 2015 Walmart FLW Tour season-opener at Lake Toho, won by 14-year FLW Tour veteran J.T. Kenney of Palm Bay, Florida. A month-long series of championship episodes begins Nov. 9 with the TBF National Championship, followed by the FLW College Fishing National Championship, the Walmart Bass Fishing League (BFL) All-American and the Forrest Wood Cup on Lake Ouachita, which will air on Dec. 7.
The full “FLW” television show schedule, air dates and times can be found at FLWFishing.com. Episodes will be broadcast online to FLWFishing.com and the FLW YouTube channel shortly after the television premiere.
The Emmy-nominated “FLW” television show is broadcast on NBCSN, the Pursuit Channel and the World Fishing Network (WFN) to more than 564 million households worldwide, making it the most widely distributed weekly outdoors-sports television show in the world.
