Seaguar and Traditions Media cinch the knot in communications and content creation
New York, NY (April 27, 2017) – The most basic rule in fishing? You can use the finest fishing gear and still fail miserably by missing one crucial element: spooling premium line. After all, this thin lifeline is the only link between you and a trophy.
And now, Seaguar®, the inventor of fluorocarbon fishing line, is linking with public relations specialist Traditions Media to extol the infinite importance of selecting the right line.
“There are many reasons for the new relationship between Seaguar and Traditions,” says Gerry Benedicto, general manager of Seaguar. “The company is growing, expanding products in freshwater fluorocarbon mainlines, saltwater leader material and technique-specific lines, as well fly-fishing tippets, leaders, braid and monofilament.
“In short, we want to be pro-active in communicating that Seaguar is serving more markets, and is committed to sharing news, tips and content that is intended to help anglers catch more fish.”
The fluorocarbon insurgency started in 1971, when Seaguar introduced what is now known as Red Label line. In the years that followed, the company’s portfolio advanced to include leaders and tippets, eventually to their best-selling fluorocarbon lines including InvizX® and Original Blue Label leader, category-best Tatsu® and premium braids and monofilament lines.
Seaguar’s motto is “Always the Best”. And they mean it.
As for Traditions Media’s take on cinching the knot with such an outstanding line manufacturing company?
“What’s particularly telling about their category dominance is how Seaguar continues to be the only fluorocarbon company to control the entire manufacturing process, making and extruding their own resins. Nobody else does that.”
The name Seaguar has become synonymous with the words “superior fishing line”. They’ve never taken shortcuts manufacturing that oh-so-crucial link between man and finned beast. And that’s why Seaguar has coupled with Traditions Media: to spread the word.
