TRAIL QUALIFIER #4 RESULTS
Saturday August 22nd, 2015 ~ Jordan Lake ~ Farrington Point Wildlife Ramp

What a beautiful day for the Cashion Fishing Rods ‘End of Year’ Team Tournament Bass Fishing Trail Qualifier #4 at Jordan Lake. Air temps ranged from 68 to 85 and the water level was around 215 for this day. Surface water temps averaged 84 degrees! Most of the better catches came from 10 to 15 feet of water around any structure that would hold the bass.

Steve Upchurch & Jeff Hodges landed 5 bass weighing a whopping 28.30 lbs to take 1st Place, 1st Place Big Fish (7.43 lbs.) and 1st Place TWT for a total of $2,316!

2nd Place was won by Todd Massey & son Chris with 5 bass weighing 25.57 lbs. They also won 2nd Place TWT & 2nd Place Big Fish (7.23 lbs.) to take home a total of $1,139. 3rd Place went to the team of Mark Herndon & Jim Nichols (subbing for Jay Garrard) with a nice 5 fish total of 24.09 lbs. winning them $460.

106 bass were brought to the scales for a total of 355 pounds averaging 3.35 lbs. each. Most were caught on crankbaits, Drop Shots, Carolina worm rigs & jig combos in 15 feet of water on average. All of the bass weighed in looked in great shape for this time of year!
